"Thunder And Dust" I never tire of painting the subject of the buffalo hunt. It was a drama that -- in one form or another -- played
for centuries. We always seem to imagine the buffalo being hunted by Indians mounted on horses, but the buffalo was taken by pedestrian warriors before the horse became available. I've yet to paint that
subject but I'm working on it. |
